Our welding tables for welding of band saw blades and for blade repai
For welding on our machines, both ends of the saw blade are securely clamped onto the welding table using quick-action clamps. The automatic welding process then begins, with the torch precisely guiding over the entire blade width. Throughout the process—preheating, welding, and subsequent tempering—the blade remains firmly fixed in place.
The preheating, welding, and tempering temperatures can be adjusted according to the blade thickness, while the tempering time is controlled via a timer. For saw blade repairs, the welding torch can be detached and used manually.
With our two practice-oriented automatic welding tables, we further expand our machine range—the world’s largest—of specialized sharpening and processing machines for all common band saw blades.
