The MVM knife sharpening machines were designed for end users, e.g. carpenters, grinding centers, knife manufacturers and sharpening service providers for all common industrial flat and circular knives. These include planer knives, indexable inserts, wood chipping knives, paper knives, granulator knives for plastics, guillotine knives and other carbide-tipped knives. Grinding length up to 1230 mm
With the swiveling magnetic plate for carbide-tipped workpieces, this grinding machine is ideally suited for sharpening chipper knives, granulator knives for plastics, planer knives, profiled carbide-tipped indexable inserts and disposable planer knives such as Tersa knives (with the appropriate optional clamping device).
Grinding length up to 4500 mm
The grinding machine for long knifes MX 150 is available in five versions with a usable grinding length of 1000 mm, 1500 mm, 2000 mm, 3000 mm or 4500 mm. It is ideally suited for knives of all kinds such as paper knives, veneer and peeling knives, and wood chipping knives.
Practical, compact and easy to use. The LA 300 can sharpen circular knives up to 300 mm in diameter and is equipped with a grinding head that can be rotated from 0° to 70°, an automatic work cycle and is, among other things, particularly suitable in the paper industry for sharpening of tissue paper knifes.
The LA-500 grinding machine for circular blades is ideally suited for grinding circular knives and surface grinding disks as with a conventional surface grinder. It is a surface grinding machine unique in its form with a rotating and swiveling grinding head, automatic grinding wheel infeed and rotary table with speed selector.
